We created the Happiness Diary to help you reflect and relax. Taking lead from the HNP app, every page is designed with a purpose: to pause for thought, to outline actions or insights, to reflect on your mood and mind.
Directions for use:
Use the diary as and when you wish, as much as you want or as little as you want. Use it when you need to check in, first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Use with an open heart and an open mind.
Science shows that beginning your day with gratitude releases the happy hormone serotonin. Studies have shown that those who write gratitude lists experience more positive emotions, stronger immune systems, better relationships and improved quality of sleep making gratitude an essential ingredient at Happy Not Perfect.
Write down a goal each day and plan a moment just for yourself. Completing a small goal releases dopamine, and taking 5 minutes out of your hectic schedule to treat yourself can result in 12 hours of feeling more relaxed and more balanced
Acts of Kindness & Reflection
Kindness has been proven to further boost your confidence, energy, lifespan and overall happiness. Finally, at the end of the day, you revisit your diary to reflect on your day. When you recognise and write down positive things that have happened, you can redirect your mind from the anxieties and stresses that often come at bedtime which prevent you from sleeping well.
