Animal you identify with: Ah totems, love them but can't share mine. It's like naming your guardian angel. Just knowing they are there is enough.

If you could give one piece of advice to every single person in the world, what would it be?
Remember that what we think, say and do impacts you and everyone around you - so be kind. My teacher Padma-Ji often reminds us of a question from Prem Prakash's translation of Narada Bhakti Sutra: Before you speak ask: Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary? If you try that you'll see you speak less.

What is your happiness hack?
Asana (posture/ movement), the setting of a intention reminds me to be grateful. Or doing something kind for someone else - without the expectation of thanks.

Whats your biggest struggle, and what do you do to work on it?
To make real change - which is very difficult. To work on it takes consistent practice, collaboration with the like-minded and to live fearlessly.

Recommended listening:
Wear Sunscreen - Tropical Mix, Mau Kilauea, or the Baz Luhrmann original  - either way Mary Schmich's lyrics still ring true.

Recommended place to visit:
Greece, I'm in love with Greece and its warm hearted people. The islands of Mykonos, Delos and Tinos form a magnetic pyramid of energy and light, which you can feel. On the south side of the tiny Tinos, is the pretty village of Karadiani. There you'll find a restaurant Thalassaki. The fava bean dip and deep fried artichoke are mouthwatering, the ingredients fresh yumminess. Here you can heal the soul as you view the neighbouring island of Syros and pop to secluded beaches along the way. Pure Peace.
