Emily is a New York born, California bred creative with a penchant for play and a commitment to curiosity. Since graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Political Science, Emily has immersed herself in many different spheres, enjoying life’s myriad opportunities for exploration and growth! With a background in art installations and event design, Emily’s various pursuits in life are rooted in bringing people together & facilitating shared, authentic experience. When she’s not helping build community amongst the members of The Assemblage NoMad house, Emily can be found exploring different modalities of self expression; her current mediums include the written word, mindful movement, performance art, paint and textile weaving.
Emily Sause is an explorer of sound and spirit. As an avid traveler and student of life, she has integrated the lessons learned through experience that serve to inform her approach to her craft. In addition to facilitating meditative experiences that work primarily with breath and sound, Emily is a curator of culture and creator of conscious, multidisciplinary content.

If you could give one piece of advice to every single person in the world, what would it be… our planet needs us at our best; we don't need to be perfect to be agents of good things. Follow your heart song and ride the wave!
What’s your biggest struggle, and what do you do to work on it... Staying rooted in my heart; sometimes I catch myself having wandered into my mind, walking in circles, and know that it's time to romance my heart back into the current moment with some deep breaths and a sigh of relief for having caught myself.
