Animal you identify with: According to the quiz I've just taken, a brown bear. Grounded, healing, confident and an appreciator of quiet time. Sounds about right!
If you could give one piece of advice to every single person in the world, what would it be?
Challenge the beliefs that you hold. We're all capable of SO MUCH more than we think, but we let outdated or unnecessary beliefs hold us back. Always ask yourself - is this *really* true? Don't just run on auto-pilot.
What is your happiness hack?
Appreciating simple pleasures. Fresh flowers, great coffee, an independent magazine, sending a letter. Any of these little things instantly lifts my mood. The small things have a big impact. And finding something to laugh at to release any tension from my mind and body.
What’s your biggest struggle, and what do you do to work on it?
I can become really demotivated if I'm not where I want to be yet. And that demotivation leads me to stop trying. Classic self-fulfilling prophesy. To work on it, I have to be my own coach and encourage myself to look at the bigger goal, keep taking small actions and keep putting myself out there. I also work with a coach myself and spend a lot of time studying self-development, as well as working on my energy so that I'm looking at my whole self.
