WHY PROCESSING YOUR THOUGHTS IS IMPORTANT #SCIENCESAYS

Writing down thoughts, or talking about how you feel or why you feel a certain way, all help the brain’s computer-like part regulate the emotional part helping you feel calmer. The way we think is often shaped automatically and unconsciously by our past experiences. Understanding and identifying triggers is a skill that you can improve on with practice and will help you feel more in control.
